What FLL Explore involves:
• 2 Adult coaches / mentors
• Teams of 4-6 children
ages K-3rd grade
• Teams create team names
and t-shirts
• Teams Design and build a Lego
model with one moving part that
reflects a real-world issue in that
years theme released by FIRST
​
• Learn to program the moving part using We Do 2 software on tablets
​
​
• The team creates a show me
poster that documents their journey through the season and
what they learned
• Teams learn core values and
add them to their show me poster
• Attend FLL JR. Expo at Lakeshore Technical College in Cleveland where they tell judges about their projects
